Maryland Ammo Logs

A thread about this on MDShooters.com

The other day we went to a local gunstore and for the first time was presented with the requirement to log our name and address and driver’s license number before we bought ammo.  In my case I bought 4 boxes of Remington .22LR Subsonic.  We honestly thought it was a new requirement but based on what I’m reading in the linked forum, it’s not a law but a scare tactic by our Maryland State Police force and most likely the Attorney General of MD.

Well, from now on if presented with this I’m going to say thanks but no thanks and buy my ammo in other ways.  More revenue the state will be missing.  Oh well, sucks to be them.

WTF

SUCKS TO BE U.S.
