On a previous post I showed the Modern Mosin without its bent bolt

I finally received my bolt back from the Boltman Jim and I have to say he does incredible work.  I’m so pleased with the fit and finish!

Since my previous post I’ve added a few more enhancements like the folding bipod, barrel mounted laser, and a Mil-dot scope.

I’m now officially ready for Portage Winter shooting season!

This vintage 1942 Russian Mosin Nagant has been thoroughly modernized with a new synthetic Monte Carlo stock, synthetic neoprene sling, muzzle compensator, piccatiny rail which replaces the standard sights and finally a scope.  I need to get a bent charging handle before I head out to the range, but it’s getting really close.

The Russian infantry won’t recognize it.
